Plates: Made of heat-conductive materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloy, with herringbone, horizontal flat, or nodular corrugations pressed on the surface to form narrow flow channels.

Sealing Gaskets: Employing materials like rubber, graphite, or PTFE to prevent fluid leakage and guide the fluid flow along the designed path.

Frame: Consisting of a fixed pressing plate, a movable pressing plate, upper and lower guide rods, and supporting pillars, used to secure and compress the plates.

The factory covers an area of more than 6,000 square meters, with the production workshop accounting for approximately 4,000 square meters.

The production lines in the workshop are equipped with advanced machinery, including a 12,000T hydraulic press, 160T, 125T, and 80T punch presses, a large-scale shot blasting machine, 16T and 10T overhead cranes, an ancillary equipment manufacturing production line, plasma cutting machines, and large-scale plate bending machines.
